Qualifications

• Customer service, relationship building, and consultative sales experience in construction or related industries.
• Ability to discuss basic building design, structural components, and project requirements with customers and internal teams.
• Clear communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for pricing and timelines.
• Solid organizational and time management skills for multiple leads, proposals, and follow-ups.
• Comfort with phones, email, and basic tools to manage sales activities.
• High integrity, professionalism, and reliability with safety focus in customer interactions and site visits.
• Prior sales experience in steel buildings is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for meetings and site visits.
