The role focuses on building relationships with new and existing customers, understanding needs, and driving sales of beams, tubing, plate processing, sheets, decking, and fabrication services. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient computer skills in typing, number key, Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Able to work in a team environment.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Problem solving and creative thinking.
• Ability to visit customers in person daily.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand customer database.
• Attend sales group meetings.
• Capture accurate and complete information in CRM.
• Assist Inside Sales in quoting and order execution from acceptance to completion.
• Communicate with customers regarding current market information and feedback.
• Provide competitor pricing/equipment input to Management.
• Establish relationships with new customers and maintain existing base.
• Attend face-to-face meetings with clients daily.
• Manage a database of potential customers and contact them regularly.
• Team with Inside Sales to build a pipeline and close sales.
• Make outbound sales calls to prospect new customers.
• Note suggestions or complaints and communicate to Quality/Operations.
• Utilize CRM to track important customer touches.
• Support the Quality System of the Company.
