Job summary

Sun Country Airlines is seeking a Station Trainer to plan, organize, and deliver a wide range of training for station personnel and vendors to ensure regulatory compliance and consistent operations. This role is based in Minneapolis, MN, onsite with travel up to 75% to support MSP and other stations.

You will develop curricula, update materials, and provide training across above/below wing, freighter, charter, and ground operations while adhering to FAA standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of professional training or related experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to obtain MSP SIDA badge.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking.
• Familiar with MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel on short notice as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver station training across operations (above/below wing, freighter, charter, GSC).
• Support MSP hub with training initiatives and new hire training.
• Assess training needs and develop ongoing programs for staff and vendors.
• Develop, update, and maintain curriculum.
• Create handouts, manuals, visuals, and course outlines meeting compliance standards.
• Ensure training records and vendor qualifications remain compliant.
• Travel up to 75% to support out-stations and station openings.
• Assist special projects as assigned by Ground Operations Training Manager.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with FAA and Sun Country standards.
