Sun Country Airlines in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Ground Operations QA Auditor to ensure regulatory compliance and uphold Sun Country standards across ground stations. You will audit operations from deicing to fueling and support training delivery to staff and contractors.

Ideal candidates have airline operations experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 75% while promoting safety and quality within the Ground Operations team.

Qualifications

• Experience in airline operations and ground handling is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication, and attention to detail.
• Ability to organize priorities and meet regulatory deadlines.
• Familiarity with airline applications and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Audit and evaluate ground handling station operations across areas such as above wing and below wing, deicing, fueling, and charter operations.
• Travel up to 75% may be required to perform evaluations.
• Develop and implement training programs and conduct corrective training.
• Ensure training records and vendor qualifications comply with regulations and Sun Country standards.
• Promote safety as an ambassador of the SMS within Ground Operations.
