Qualifications

• Prior 121 experience required.
• Aviation instruction background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Instruct, facilitate, and conduct all ground training modules including classroom, systems integration, and procedures training.
• Develop FAA approved Training Program Curricula by creating lesson plans and slide decks.
• Develop training schedules coordinating with fixed base and simulator training.
• Coordinate contract simulator training courseware and audits of training performance.
• Maintain training library and training materials; support pilot hiring processes as needed.
