Job summary

Chevron Stations Inc. (CSI) is seeking a Station Leader to assist in daily operations and oversee staff in the Station Manager’s absence. You will coach team members, ensure safety, handle cash processes, and maintain excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires English proficiency, prior retail/food service or fuel experience, and flexibility for varied shifts. CSI offers health benefits, education reimbursement, and weekly pay, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in English to understand policies and communicate with customers.
• Experience in fast-paced retail, food service or fuel environments with cash handling.
• Experience operating a cash register and computer-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Station Manager in day-to-day operations of the retail facility.
• Maintain oversight of station operations and staff in the Station Manager’s absence.
• Provide direction, motivation and coaching to staff during shifts.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality guidelines and CSI policies.
• Ensure compliance with wage and hour requirements.
• Handle cash/money and use transactional equipment efficiently.
• Maintain safety and use protective equipment as required.
