Job summary

Swissport International seeks a Station Manager to lead overall station performance, balancing cross-business line knowledge with leadership and commercial acumen. You will coordinate support functions to ensure a smooth operation attaining defined productivity levels.

You will be the highest local escalation point for operational issues and maintain a strategic perspective on station needs, acting as a liaison with Country MDs, cluster heads and global support functions.

Responsibilities

• Operational execution at station level across Ground Handling, Fueling and Cargo.
• Ensure station performance vs KPIs and sub-cluster strategy.
• Maintain safety and embed QHSE; lead investigations and corrective actions.
• Implement Group/Region policies including QHSE, Training and GSE; drive efficiency.
• Maintain 12–18 month horizon on station strategy; input to budget/forecast.
