Qualifications

• Requires 5 years of P&L responsibility and strong leadership in an aviation context.
• Fluent written and spoken English is essential.
• University degree or equivalent; advanced degree or professional certifications are advantageous.
• Strong strategic skills and commercial acumen needed to drive profitability and performance.
• Ability to motivate teams and foster positive internal/external relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Fueling operation performance to improve profitability, productivity, or market share.
• Ensure Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental standards and reduce injuries and damages.
• Direct operating budgets and capital expenditure proposals; approve investments aligning with business goals.
• Provide financial reporting to senior leadership and maintain full transactional records.
• Monitor quality standards and drive continuous improvements in workflows and services.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team to meet business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Establish strong relationships with airlines, airport management, customs and other stakeholders.
• Implement and monitor safety and security measures and relevant KPIs across the operation.
