Job summary

Swissport is seeking a Station Manager for the BOS Petroleum & Fuel Operations to develop and drive strategic direction, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure efficiency in line with corporate objectives. The role leads budgeting, safety, and stakeholder management to enhance profitability and service delivery.

The position requires a university degree or equivalent, 5+ years of P&L experience, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent required.
• 5 years experience with P&L responsibility.
• Fueling experience preferred in aviation.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong strategic, commercial and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive Fueling operation performance to improve profitability and market share.
• Ensure quality, health, safety, and environmental standards are met.
• Prepare operating budgets and capital expenditure proposals; assess investments.
• Monitor financial performance and provide required financial reporting.
• Maintain quality standards and drive continuous improvements in workflows and services.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team to meet objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Build relationships with customers, airport authorities, customs, and other stakeholders.
• Implement safety and security measures and KPIs for personnel, equipment, and aircraft.
