Worldwide Flight Services is seeking a Station Manager in Sioux Falls to oversee all station operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and personnel. You will collaborate with airport leadership, manage staff, and deliver safe, compliant, cost-effective service across cargo and ramp operations.

You will review financials, enforce safety standards, and drive continuous improvements while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction and TSA compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Experience with budgeting and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with TSA regulations and airport security requirements.
• Ability to analyze operational data and make strategic recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with station management systems.
