Job summary

Avflight Lansing is seeking a Station Manager responsible for both ground and flight operations, passenger services, aircraft handling, and catering operations at the Lansing, MI location. You will oversee ticketing, baggage handling, announcements, and cargo preparation, while ensuring compliance with company and government policies.

The role requires airline/aviation experience, supervisory skills, and the ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Relative airline or aviation experience. Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to read and write English; bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate airline station activities.
• Review reports on the station activity to plan station operations.
• Direct the arrangement of work schedules for efficient staff for both scheduled and non-scheduled flights.
• Coordinate passenger reservations and ticketing, commissary services, and ramp to meet company and government policies.
