Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) seeks a Station Manager in Sioux Falls to oversee all daily station operations, optimize resource use, and lead a team of professionals. You will coordinate with airport management, ensure safety and security, and drive efficiency and customer satisfaction under TSA regulations.

You will review financials, enforce policies, and implement improvements while maintaining compliance with corporate standards and government rules.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage and motivate teams and implement operational policies.
• Strong budgeting, financial reporting, and expenditure management skills.
• Familiarity with TSA regulations, airport security requirements, and governmental safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate daily activities to ensure efficient use of equipment, facilities, and personnel.
• Collaborate with airport management to maintain seamless station operations.
• Lead, manage, and motivate operational personnel, fostering a positive work environment.
• Develop and implement administrative and operational policies in partnership with upper management.
• Monitor and analyze operational and financial reports to identify areas for improvement and profit growth.
• Prepare and present recommendations for capital improvements to upper management.
• Approve requisitions for equipment within budget constraints.
• Ensure compliance with security programs and TSA regulations.
• Complete all internal and external training on time and monitor staff.
