Job summary

Chevron Stations Inc. (CSI) is seeking adaptable individuals to support fast-paced retail operations at our stations. The role emphasizes customer service, safety, and teamwork while maintaining reliable attendance and compliance with CSI policies.

Ideal candidates bring cash handling and POS experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided to ensure safety and customer focus across all duties.

Qualifications

• Must be sufficiently proficient in English to understand policies, safety training, and job instructions, and to communicate with customers and coworkers.
• Previous experience in fast-paced retail, food service or fuel environment, including cash handling and customer service.
• Experience operating a cash register, computer console, and related equipment, tools and software.
• Knowledge of proper sanitation and safety requirements for food storage and serving.
• Ability to work a variety of hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Station Manager in the day-to-day operations of the retail facility.
• Maintain oversight of station operations and staff in the Station Manager’s absence.
• Provide work direction, motivation and coaching to staff during shifts to ensure tasks are completed.
• Support and adhere to safety, security, quality guidelines and CSI policies.
• Ensure wage & hour guidelines are followed by staff.
• Handle cash/money processing and accountability in line with CSI procedures.
