Job summary

Chevron Stations Inc. is seeking a Station Operations Associate to assist the Station Manager in daily retail facility operations, oversee staff in the manager's absence, and coach team members to meet CSI guidelines and safety standards.

You will handle customer service, stocking, cleaning, and food-service tasks, along with cash handling and POS use, while maintaining safety and loss prevention practices and ensuring 100% customer focus.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in English to understand CSI policies and communicate with customers and coworkers.
• Previous experience in fast-paced retail, food service or fuel environment with cash handling and customer service experience.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety requirements for food storage and serving.
• Able to work varying hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Station Manager in daily retail operations.
• Provide work direction to staff during shifts.
• Support safety, security, quality guidelines and CSI policies.
• Perform CSR duties and other tasks as assigned by Station Manager or Business Consultant.
• Handle cash/money, inventory, and daily paperwork.
• Maintain cleanliness and operation of food service equipment.
