Chevron Stations Inc. is hiring for a Customer Service Representative with a focus on daily station operations, staff oversight, and customer care in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires English fluency and prior experience in cash handling and service roles. The chosen candidate will assist with inventory, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with wage/hour guidelines while maintaining safety protocols and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be sufficiently proficient in English to understand policies, safety training and instructions.
• Experience in fast-paced retail, food service or fuel environment with cash handling and customer service.
• Experience operating a cash register, computer console and related equipment or software.
• Know-how of sanitation and safety requirements for food storage and serving.

Responsibilities

• Assist Station Manager in day-to-day operations of the retail facility.
• Provide work direction, motivation and coaching to staff during shifts.
• Support safety, security and quality guidelines and CSI policies.
• Respond to accidents or incidents professionally and timely.
