Chevron Stations Inc (CSI) is hiring for a full-time Customer Service Representative position at our Lacey, WA location. You will support the Station Manager with daily operations, supervise staff in their absence, and ensure safety, cash handling and policy compliance across shifts.

Ideal candidates bring experience in fast-paced retail or fuel environments, strong communication skills, and a high school diploma (21+ years). Travel is rare; schedule includes varied shifts.

Competenze

• Must be sufficiently proficient in English to understand policies, safety training, and instructions.
• Previous experience in fast-paced retail, food service or fuel environment with cash handling and customer service.
• Experience operating a cash register, computer console, and related equipment and software.
• Knowledge of proper sanitation and safety for food storage and serving.
• Available to work varied hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights and holidays.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work independently or in a team.
• High School graduate or equivalent and minimum 21 years of age.

Mansioni

• Assist Station Manager in day-to-day operations of the retail facility.
• Maintain oversight when Station Manager is absent.
• Provide direction, motivation and coaching to staff during shifts.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality guidelines and CSI policies.
• Comply with wage & hour requirements and cash handling procedures.
• Maintain safety and professionalism with customers, coworkers and vendors.
• Perform CSR duties as needed and support store operations.
