Job summary

Chevron Stations Inc. (CSI) is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support daily store operations at our retail stations in the United States.

You will assist the Station Manager, supervise staff during shifts, and ensure safe, compliant operations while delivering excellent customer service. The role requires English proficiency, cash handling experience, and the ability to work a varied schedule in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be sufficiently proficient in English to understand policies, safety training, and job instructions.
• Previous experience in fast-paced retail, food service or fuel environment with cash handling and customer service.
• Experience operating a cash register, computer console, and related equipment/software.

Responsibilities

• Assist Station Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Oversee station operations in Manager’s absence.
• Provide direction and coaching to staff during shifts.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality guidelines and CSI policies.
• Ensure wage & hour compliance and cash handling procedures.
• Maintain customer-focused service and professional conduct.
• Ensure safety standards and PPE usage.
• Handle daily admin tasks and transactions.
