Chevron Stations Inc. (CSI) is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Auburn, WA. You will assist the Station Manager with daily operations, oversee staff in their absence, and ensure safety and CSI standards are followed.

The role emphasizes reliable attendance, effective cash handling, and superior customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. Shifts include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays with options for full-time or part-time work.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in English to understand policies, safety training and instructions.
• Experience in fast-paced retail, food service or fuel environment with cash handling.
• Experience operating a cash register, computer console, and related software.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety for food storage and serving.
• Available for varied hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Station Manager in day-to-day operations of the retail facility.
• Maintain oversight of station operations and staff in the Station Manager’s absence.
• Provide work direction, motivation and coaching to staff during shifts.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality guidelines and CSI policies.
• Ensure compliance with wage & hour requirements and cash handling procedures.
• Support CSI loss prevention processes and use transactional equipment to process transactions.
• Operate and maintain food service equipment and assist CSRs as needed.
• Communicate issues to Station Manager or Business Consultant as appropriate.
