Job summary

Chevron Stations Inc. (CSI) is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist the Station Manager with daily retail operations at our California, Oregon, and Washington locations. You will handle customer transactions, supervise staff during shifts, and help maintain safety and quality standards.

The role requires English proficiency, prior retail or fuel experience, and the ability to work varied hours. CSI offers full-time and part-time shifts with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in English to understand policies, safety training, and job instructions.
• Experience in fast-paced retail, food service or fuel environment with cash handling.
• Experience operating a cash register, computer console and related equipment.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety requirements for food storage and service.
• Able to work varied hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct staff during shifts to cover store operations, customer service, stocking, cleaning and food service.
• Oversee station operations in the Station Manager's absence and provide coaching.
• Process customer transactions using cash registers and POS systems with accuracy.
• Maintain safety standards and comply with CSI policies and procedures.
• Report issues to Station Manager or Business Consultant as needed.
