Job summary

Chevron Stations Inc (CSI) is seeking a detail-oriented supervisor to assist the Station Manager in daily operations at our California locations. You will oversee staff during shifts, ensure safety and policy compliance, and handle customer transactions with accuracy and courtesy.

The role requires experience in fast-paced retail or fuel environments, strong cash handling skills, and the ability to lead a team across varying shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; must be at least 21 in most locations.
• Experience in fast-paced retail or fuel environment.
• Proficient cash handling and customer service.
• Ability to operate cash registers and POS systems.
• Willingness to work varied hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist Station Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Oversee station operations and staff in Station Manager’s absence.
• Provide work direction and coaching to staff on shifts.
• Ensure safety, security, quality guidelines and CSI policies are followed.
• Process customer transactions using registers and POS systems.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stocking and food-service duties.
