Chevron Stations Inc. (CSI) in Kent, WA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support store operations, assist the Station Manager, and maintain smooth daily guest service.

You will coach staff on shifts, handle cash transactions, follow loss prevention and safety procedures, and ensure stock, cleanliness and compliance with CSI policies. The role requires English proficiency, a high school diploma, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and

Formación

• Must be proficient in English to understand CSI policies, safety training, and to communicate with customers and coworkers.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced retail, food service or fuel environment with cash handling.
• Experience operating a cash register, computer console, and related equipment/tools.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety requirements related to food storage and serving.
• Able to work a variety of hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• High School graduate or equivalent and 21+ years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Station Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Oversee station operations and staff in the Station Manager’s absence.
• Provide direction, motivation and coaching to staff during shifts.
• Ensure adherence to safety, security, quality guidelines and CSI policies.
• Maintain wage & hour compliance and cash handling procedures.
• Follow Loss Prevention processes and protect assets.
• Maintain safety and professional conduct at the work location.
• Perform CSR duties and other tasks as assigned by leadership.
