Job summary

Chevron Stations Inc. (CSI) is seeking a capable leader to oversee day-to-day store operations, including staffing, training, and payroll, while ensuring compliance with wage laws and CSI policies.

You will chair store meetings, manage customer relations, and coordinate with support groups to maintain safe, efficient operations. The role demands experience in retail or fuel environments, strong English communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in English to understand policies, safety training, and to communicate with customers and coworkers.
• Previous managerial experience in a retail, food service or fuel environment.
• Available to work varied hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights and holidays.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and exercise sound judgement.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail facility and manage employee matters.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, manage performance and administer discipline.
• Ensure compliance with wage & hourly requirements and CSI safety guidelines.
• Manage store operations including customer service, merchandising and inventory.
• Coordinate with HR, Operations and Facilities as needed and supervise payroll submission.
