Job summary

Brightline is seeking a Guest Service Agent at our Boca Raton station to warmly welcome guests, guide them on ticket kiosks, assist with baggage, and share information about the station and local attractions. The pay rate is $20.00 per hour.

You will uphold safety and security, support station operations, process transactions accurately, and deliver a high level of guest satisfaction. Prior hospitality or transit experience is preferred, and shifts include weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in high-traffic or related fields such as hospitality, guest services, front office, concierge, or transportation.
• Able to stand, walk, and be active for entire shifts.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and engage them with clear, friendly communication.
• Assist with ticketing questions, kiosks, and fare structures; upsell when appropriate.
• Help guests with luggage and wheelchair assistance as needed.
