Job summary

American Dining Creations is seeking a Station Cook to support our dining programs across multiple stations such as Grill, Pizza, Deli, Salad Bar, Seasonal, and Specialty items.

You will set up, prepare, and serve menu offerings while maintaining high standards of food safety and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. The role may include operating the POS and assisting with inventory and station maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality/food service is preferred.
• Basic knife skills are a plus.
• Able to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Must be dedicated to excellence in hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve menu offerings for designated station(s).
• Carry pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stove, and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards.
• Serve food and items per guest specifications.
• Store foods in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures.
• Retain temperature logs and production records efficiently.
• Keep supplies replenished, restock coolers, and take inventory as directed.
• Set up and breakdown stations, clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and dishes for designated workstation.
• Adhere to all state and local food production, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Remain focused on customer satisfaction and provide excellent service to guests, clients, and team members.
• May operate POS to complete orders and package to-go items.
