Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide tier-one technical support for the portal and coordinate with tier-two teams.
• Lead customer portal focus groups for feedback and UX improvements.
• Act as Lead Architect for new and existing technologies within the Business section, ensuring security policy compliance.
• Escalation point for highly complex technical issues and architectural reviews.
• Develop and maintain cost allocation models and forecast IT budgets and expenditures.
