Qualifications

• Five years of experience in information technology, program management, project management, or business analysis.
• Six years of full-time work experience in any field plus three years of experience in information technology, program management, project management or business analysis.
• An associate's degree in information technology plus three years of experience in information technology, program management, project management or business analysis.
• A bachelor’s degree plus three years of experience in information technology, program management or business analysis.
• A bachelor’s degree with twenty-four semester hours in an information technology, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or business analytics field plus two years of experience in information technology, program management or business analysis.
• A master’s degree plus two years of experience in information technology, program management or business analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support OTS initiatives for customer agencies using project management best practices to deliver on time, on budget, and on scope.
• Prepare, maintain and report project status per the project charter and documents; assist an Agency Relationship Manager with outreach.
• Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across customer agencies and OTS units to maintain engagement through project lifecycles.
