Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides Tier I technical support for the OTS Invoice Portal and handles help requests.
• Performs advanced financial analyses and reconciliations for IT expenditures.
• Leads contract lifecycle and financial oversight for hardware, software, and services.
• Interprets procurement laws and DOA policies to ensure compliance.
• Prepares journal entries and supports month-end close for IT finances.
