Job & Family Services in Columbus, OH, seeks a Human Services Data Reporting Manager to provide statewide leadership for data reporting across OFA programs. You will coordinate data analysis, requirements development, and data sharing agreements while aligning with federal and state rules.

The role oversees policy staff, OIS, and project teams to ensure accurate data collection and effective statewide service delivery, with standard hours and a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• 72 mos exp in researching, developing, or implementing policies related to social services, health services, public policy, or comparable field.
• AND 12 mos exp in delivery of human services in a governmental, community, or private human support services agency.
• Option 2: Undergraduate core program in social or behavioral science; 48 mos exp; 12 mos exp in delivery of human services.
• Option 3: Graduate core program in social or behavioral science; 36 mos exp; 12 mos exp in delivery of human services.
• Option 4: 12 mos exp as Human Services Developer, 69453.
• Option 5: The equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment above.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team of Business Analysts and direct reporting activities.
• Monitor staff compliance with trainings, meetings and procedures.
• Prepare and analyze state and federal data reporting requests.
• Manage coordination between staff and UAT team for reporting-related changes.
• Assist with fulfilling data sharing agreements.
• Stay informed with and execute data governance requirements.
• Coordinate guidance across multiple counties with differing resources.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Manage high-volume or complex data requests.
• Maintain data accuracy and timeliness across systems.
