Job summary

Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD) seeks an SBDC Operations & Process Improvement Manager (Specially Funded) to lead statewide accreditation readiness, data governance, and program improvement for the Arizona SBDC Network.

You will coordinate with network leadership, oversee grant compliance, and drive operational excellence across centers while supervising staff and ensuring policy alignment with national standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution and four years of professional experience in marketing, business development, fund development/grant writing, corporate communications, grant compliance, data governance, regulatory auditing, contract management, and/or program administration, including two years of progressively responsible experience as a lead or higher.

Responsibilities

• Leads statewide accreditation readiness and quality assurance for ASBDC.
• Oversees CenterIC data governance, system configurations, and data quality audits.
• Manages client onboarding, counseling routing, and statewide client satisfaction surveys.
• Prepares SBA narrative and programmatic reports and monitors performance toward SBA goals.
