Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD) is seeking a Program Coordinator - Enterprise Performance and Effectiveness to support planning, development, and implementation of organization-wide initiatives. This role focuses on fiscal management, IRB oversight, state reporting compliance, and project coordination across the Enterprise Performance Office.

The position involves hands-on operations, budget tracking, and coordinating with multiple colleges; strong organizational skills,

Competenze

Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution and one year of experience in researching information, gathering data, and preparing reports.
Equivalent combination of the conferred degree and directly related full-time work experience may be considered.
Experience using Google Workspace products for daily work is preferred.

Mansioni

Completes and monitors financial and procurement transactions for the Enterprise Performance and Effectiveness (EPE) Division.
Supports travel arrangements for the division.
Assists the division with state reporting requirements through coordinating and combining reports across community colleges in AZ and submitting by deadlines.
Provides project coordination-level support including research, analysis, and development of presentations, communications, and official documents.
