Qualifications

Knowledge of HR subject areas such as labor relations, recruitment, performance management, classification, and/or attendance and leave.
Ability to interpret and apply HR-related Florida Statutes, Florida Administrative Code, and federal laws and regulations.
Ability to think critically, solve problems, and drive results for diverse internal and external customers.
Ability to organize information and prepare clear and concise documents.
