Qualifications

• Four years of professional HR experience or equivalent bachelor's degree substitution.

• Knowledge of Fair Labor Standards Act and federal employment regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with office software and ability to learn advanced business tools like Smartsheet and Visio.
