• Ability to interpret, apply and communicate HR management statutes, rules, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SES reclassifications requiring Department of Management Services approval.
• Serve as a second-level HR review point.
• Conduct position audits and provide technical assistance on personnel rules and HR policies.
• Review classification actions across Career Service, Selected Exempt Service, Senior Management Service, and OPS positions.
