Job summary

Aventura Healthcare Group is hiring STNAs at Shiloh Springs to support residents with daily activities and clinical care. Competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package are offered, including health, dental, vision, and wellness programs. Join us for walk-in interviews on select days.

Shift options include PRN, part-time, and weekend schedules with observe/record vitals and help with mobility. You’ll work in a supportive environment with strong leadership and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Valid STNA certification in the state of employment.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in long-term care or assisted living.
• Current CPR certification (or willing to obtain upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) as directed.
• Assist residents with mobility, positioning, transfers, and use of assistive devices.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to nursing staff.
• Answer call lights promptly and provide needed assistance.
• Help residents with meals, including tray setup and feeding assistance.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
• Keep resident rooms clean, organized, and safe.
• Provide respectful, compassionate care in accordance with resident care plans.

Qualifications:

• Valid STNA certification in the state of employment
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2-3 Years of experience in long-term care or assisted living.
• Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and assist residents and perform job-related tasks.
• Current CPR certification (or willing to obtain upon hire).
