Job summary

Creekside Care Center in Ohio is looking for a compassionate STNA to join our caregiving team. You will provide direct nursing care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, supporting residents with daily living activities and helping maintain dignity and comfort.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active, unencumbered CNA certification in the state required.
• Two years of long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under the direction of a nurse.
• Perform resident care duties including transporting, transferring, changing linen, positioning, bathing, and assisting with eating and hydration.
• Document and report observations and care delivered to the nursing supervisor promptly.
• Ensure nursing interventions are performed in a timely manner.
• Care for residents with dignity, privacy, and a kind, gentle manner.
