Job summary

Paradigm Healthcare Northwest is seeking a compassionate CNA to join our team. You will provide direct nursing care under a nurse’s direction, assist with daily activities, monitor vital signs, and document observations with accuracy.

You will champion resident dignity, privacy, and respectful interactions, while following facility policies and procedures. Requirements include a Texas CNA certification and a preference for 2 years in Long-Term Care.

Qualifications

• Current, active Certified Nursing Assistant certification in Texas.
• 2 years experience in Long-Term Care preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per state/federal regulations and facility policies.
• Assist residents with hygiene, mobility, feeding, hydration, and daily living activities.
• Take vital signs and report observations to nursing staff promptly.
• Ensure care is delivered with dignity, privacy and courtesy.
• Document care and communicate with the nursing supervisor and team.
• Adhere to facility policies and maintain professional conduct.
