Job summary

PAREDGIM HEALTHCARE is seeking a compassionate CNA to join our team and deliver direct resident care with dignity and respect. You will work under a nurse's direction, assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and ensure accurate documentation of care provided to residents in a supportive environment.

Eligible candidates must hold an active CNA certification in the state, have a high school diploma or GED, and ideally possess 2 years of Long-Term Care experience.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered CNA certification to practice in the state.
• 2 years of Long-Term Care experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required as minimum education.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of a nurse.
• Transport and transfer residents, restock rooms, change linens, position residents, bathe, assist with eating and hydration, and monitor vital signs.
• Document observations and care delivered to residents for nursing records.
• Coordinate with the nursing supervisor and other resident services for quality care.
• Ensure nursing interventions are performed timely with compassionate, respectful care.
