Paradigm Healthcare is seeking a compassionate CNA to join our team. You will provide direct nursing care under the direction of a nurse, and uphold resident dignity and privacy.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, vital signs, documentation, and coordinating care with the nursing team in a respectful, professional manner. We offer a supportive environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current, unencumbered CNA certification valid in the state.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care according to applicable state and federal regulations, facility policies and procedures, and prudent nursing judgment under the direction of a nurse.
• Perform resident care duties as assigned by charge nurse, including transporting and transferring, restocking resident room, changing linen, positioning, bathing, assisting with dressing, eating and hydration, taking vital signs.
• Document and report observations and care delivered to residents daily to the nursing supervisor promptly.
• Ensure nursing interventions are performed in a timely manner.
• Provide care in a professional, courteous manner while respecting resident dignity and privacy.
• Utilize facility policies and coordinate nursing services with other resident services.
