Good Boy Vodka is seeking an experienced State Sales Manager to lead sales performance, distributor relationships, and market execution across an assigned state. You will partner with distributor leadership, regional teams, and marketing to develop annual plans and achieve measurable objectives.

This hands-on role requires strong distributor management, strategic planning, relationship building, and frequent market presence to drive depletion growth and expand on- and off-premise distribution.

Formación

• Strong distributor management experience.
• Ability to develop and execute annual state business plans.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage day-to-day relationships with distributor leadership, portfolio managers, sales managers, chain teams, and field sales representatives.
• Develop and execute annual state business plans in partnership with the Regional Director and distributor leadership, including volume, distribution, velocity, and revenue objectives.
