Job summary

Good Boy Vodka is seeking a highly motivated Area Sales Manager to drive growth across On and Off Premise accounts in your territory. You will represent the brand, build relationships with buyers and decision-makers, and coordinate product samplings to enhance brand awareness.

This role requires travel, occasional night and weekend work, and strong leadership with a proven beverage sales record. You will collaborate with distributors to meet commitments and help expand market presence.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Willing to travel for account management.
• Willing to work nights and occasional weekends.
• Be self-driven with strong initiative.
• Demonstrable time management and organizational skills.
• Must have basic computer knowledge. Know how to work MS Office Suite and company email.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Ability to manage, motivate, and communicate with your regional team.
• Beverage industry knowledge and experience is a must.
• Good relationships, contacts and connections in the industry is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pitch and sell Good Boy Vodka's product portfolio to new On and Off Premise accounts within your sales region.
• Visit existing accounts throughout your territory to build and maintain relationships with buyers and decision-makers.
• Host On and Off premise product samplings and events to engage consumers and create brand awareness.
• Work closely with distributor and retailer personnel to ensure commitments are delivered.
• Educate consumers, retailers and distributors on Good Boy Vodka products represented within your territory.
• Track all new and existing accounts and territory sales growth.
• Potentially manage a team of Brand Ambassadors and Sales Representatives in your region.
• Communicate and work with our distribution partner to ensure our brand is well represented.
• Participate in and help coordinate planned Good Boy Vodka events.
