Job summary

Lenovo, a global technology powerhouse, is hiring an Infrastructure Solution Consultant dedicated to the Education market in California. You will partner with customers, sales teams, and partners to design, position, and deliver Data Center solutions that address complex business challenges.

The role is highly customer-facing and requires a blend of technical knowledge, solution-selling skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships from practitioners to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years in Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect role.
• Experience selling data center solutions (servers, storage, networking).

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders from technical teams to executives.
• Identify and close new SLG opportunities within the territory.
• Achieve revenue and profitability objectives for Lenovo across product sets.
• Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations and solution content.
• Design Data Center solutions aligning Lenovo products with customer needs.
• Coordinate technical aspects of RFPs, RFIs, and proposals.
• Lead configurations, demonstrations, and interoperability discussions.
• Stay aligned with Lenovo product and service developments.
• Represent Lenovo at industry events and customer briefings.
