Job summary

Salesforce Marketing Cloud AE in the United States seeks an experienced, quota-carrying sales executive to drive self-generated opportunities across the Marketing technology stack. You will act as a trusted advisor to state and local agencies, evangelizing digital journeys and cross-channel engagement.

You will lead the full sales cycle, collaborate with account teams, and pursue revenue growth in assigned accounts while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years outside enterprise software sales experience.
• Experience in a Co-Prime/Overlay Sales role.
• Familiarity with digital marketing technology.
• Strong background with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot and Social Studio.
• Experience selling to public sector organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the subject matter expert on how local agencies leverage Salesforce Marketing solutions.
• Drive revenue within a defined region and named accounts.
• Generate opportunities via networking, cold-calling and prospecting Salesforce customers.
• Own full sales cycle: lead gen, strategy, pricing, and closing deals.
• Meet/exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and revenue plans.
