Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a State Lead Specialist in Indianapolis, onsite, for a 10+ month assignment. You will support state case managers, manage non-confirmed cases, and ensure lead data integrity across multiple counties.

Responsibilities include auditing cases, entering lead results, investigating data issues, and participating in quarterly reviews with case managers to identify trends and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of lead laws and regulations (410 IAC 29).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and webinar/conference call software.
• Strong oral and written communication with professionals and non-professionals.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong organizational skills with multi-county case tracking.

Responsibilities

• Support state case managers on non-confirmed cases and track in state case management system.
• Audit non-confirmed cases and advise follow-up or closure actions.
• Enter and monitor lead results reported to the State.
• Investigate reporting issues in IDOH systems (CHIRP, LDF, NBS, etc.).
• Participate in quarterly testing report reviews with case managers.
