Responsibilities

• Support state case managers on non-confirmed cases.
• Track cases in the state’s case management system.
• Audit non-confirmed cases and suggest follow-ups or closures.
• Enter and monitor lead results reported to IDOH.
• Investigate reporting issues and invalid entries in IDOH systems.
• Participate in quarterly testing report reviews to identify trends.
• Monitor tasks related to case management queues, including document reviews.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure required fields for confirmed cases are complete.
