Responsibilities

• Support state case managers on non-confirmed cases.
• Audit non-confirmed cases and suggest follow-up or closure as appropriate.
• Enter and monitor lead results reported to the State.
• Investigate reporting issues and invalid results in IDOH systems (CHIRP, LDF, NBS).
• Participate in quarterly testing report reviews with case managers to identify trends or issues.
• Monitor and address tasks related to case management queues (document review, approval, closure).
• Track required fields for confirmed cases (status, home visit, nutritional & developmental assessment, risk assessments) and coordinate with staff if missing.
• Assist with backup support on daily processes including system approvals, fax receipt and lead result entry.
