• Knowledge of data collection and analysis methods.

• Experience with data-driven revenue/public land management is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Conduct organizational studies to improve processes in the Revenue Section.
• Provide consultation on revenue collection policies and practices.
• Audit submerged land lease accounts for accuracy and collections.
• Initiate collection efforts for delinquent accounts per laws and procedures.
• Communicate laws and reporting requirements to leaseholders.
• Prepare and monitor payments and reconcile lease accounts.
• Consult with General Counsel on delinquent accounts.
• Analyze data to identify revenue trends and improve processes.
• Lead training on complex calculations of delinquent fees and arrearages.
• Collaborate to implement improvements in revenue collection processes.
