Edmentum seeks a State Implementations Director to lead statewide education program delivery. You will coordinate across Edmentum’s product, technology, data, training, operations, and support teams to meet district needs and milestones.

You will build trusted relationships with state education leaders, manage complex multi‑stakeholder initiatives, and drive adoption and renewal while aligning with state priorities and governance. This remote‑first role travels as needed to districts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, education, program management, technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive experience leading complex programs or cross‑functional initiatives, ideally in education or government.
• Experience with large multi‑stakeholder programs with fixed deadlines and operational complexity.

Responsabilités

• Own statewide program delivery from planning through adoption and renewal, with milestones and success measures.
• Serve as the trusted relationship lead for state education leaders with transparent, responsive delivery.
• Coordinate product, technology, data, training, operations, and support teams for unified execution.
