Qualifications

• At least 7 years of education experience with 3 years as a school leader or instructional coach.
• Experience managing a portfolio of strategic district partnerships.
• Experience implementing one Great Minds curriculum.
• Proficiency with Great Minds instructional design and pedagogy.
• Strong writing, planning, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of district partnerships as implementation owner.
• Plan and execute effective Great Minds implementations with districts.
• Support districts to achieve KPIs and scale services.
• Provide on-site targeted support including visits and regular meetings.
• Facilitate leadership professional learning networks and coaching.
• Monitor implementation success metrics and communicate insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with sales to expand adoptions and provide content expertise.
• Represent Great Minds at conferences and contribute content.
