Qualifications

• Substitutions: an Associate degree or higher in park/recreation management, natural resource management, water resources management, environmental education, or park interpretation may substitute for the required experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect employee IDs and screen visitors entering the Massachusetts State House.
• Operate security screening technology and monitor alarms and CCTV.
• Provide information and visitor services to guests and employees.
