FloridaCommerce seeks a Government Operations Consultant II to support the statewide Reconnect system for the Reemployment Assistance program. You will coordinate RA training, analyze issues, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to improve service delivery.

As an internal agency role, you will guide management on programmatic policies, prepare reports, and ensure timely responses to inquiries while traveling as required.

Formación

• Knowledge of reemployment assistance law, rules, and procedures.
• Ability to collect, evaluate, and analyze data to improve operations.
• Ability to train others and present to groups.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in coordinating statewide RA training and development of guides for RA operations.
• Analyze and resolve statewide RA training issues and concerns.
• Coordinate with vendor analysts and developers to validate business requirements.
